  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact to ensure they are in a resalable condition.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked Shipping service for returns.
  • Please include any free gifts associated with your return items. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Personalized products are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We offer replacements and exchanges for such issues.

How to Return

  2. Ensure the item is in its original unopened packaging and includes any associated free gifts.
  3. Return the item using a tracked shipping service to ensure it reaches us safely.

Refund Process

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our return conditions. Once approved, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified number of days.

General Terms

  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us; hence, using a tracked and insured delivery service is recommended.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty, and a refund is issued.
  • We reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious returns behavior.
